I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from BetterCar a couple of weeks ago and I've been very happy with the service received. They were very happy to give me detailed information about the car over an initial phone conversation and discuss part exchange.

I then visited to see the car in person and the staff were very helpful and not pushy just trying to make a sale. I was able to take the car out for a test drive with no pressure to buy. When purchasing the car everything was gone through in detail and I was able to drive away with my new car on the day of purchase.

I've now had the car for a couple of weeks and I'm very happy with it. There was one very minor issue that was identified when purchasing (Android Auto update). Omar was brilliant and arranged an appointment at my local Vauxhall garage and this was sorted very quickly and at no additional cost. I'm very happy with how everything has worked out and would recommend BetterCar to anyone looking for a new car.

Went to Bettercars on Wednesday as I had read so many really good reviews of their company. Those reviews were absolutely spot on. I was made so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. There was absolutely no pressure selling and Victoria was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted, and I bought it there and then. I was offered the chance to take the car out for a test drive on my own but in all honesty having never had that make of car before, I asked Victoria to accompany me which she did willingly. She was so kind and patient and honestly the whole experience was brilliant. She gave me a very fair price for my car in part exchange as well. We got the car tax sorted out there and then and after a quick call to change my insurance over to the new car I was ready to go. Before I left the car was washed as well! What a brilliant service. Bettercars really is such a good company that I can’t recommend them highly enough. Totally deserve the 5 star rating. Thank you all so much.

A really refreshing experience - not your stereotypical car sales folks! No pressure, they give honest and open responses to questions, are genuinely friendly, and wonderfully dog-friendly (Bramble also felt very comfortable with them!). Thankfully they didn't repeat bad experiences I've had in the past where car sales people have just talked to my partner rather than to me. Really happy with my new car. Absolutely amazing experience. Very friendly helpful knowledgeable staff who will answer any question you may have. Not pushy will let you take your time and don't hover over you. They also let you test drive the car alone so you can get a good feel for it.
It is a little hard to find as there is no obvious signage and it seems like you're driving onto a farm, but the sat nav does tell you that you've arrived at the entrance road.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
